COCOA BUTTER REPLACER (CBR)
Our CBR is non lauric or partially lauric fat of palm oil origin.
Our CBR imparts excellent gloss retention and good melting profile. It possesses moderate tolerance to cocoa butter (up to 10 or 20%) which means it can be mixed with cocoa liquor, producing compound chocolate with rich cocoa taste.
Our CBR is designed to be used for partial or complete replacer of cocoa butter in various chocolate applications.
