Our Spread Fat is premium grade of non-lauric confectionery fat based on fractionated and fully refined palm oil.
Our Spread Fat is non-lauric origin and will not develop soapy taste that is important in moisture-containing fat products. It has good spreadability over extended temperature range.
The Spread Fat products are designed to have enough heat resistance to prevent oil separation whilst maintaining an easily spreadable texture. They are suitable for use in production of spreadable paste, cream, whippable topping, and other confectionery products.
