COCOA BUTTER EQUIVALENT (CBE)
Our CBE is a blend of palm oil fraction and natural exotic fat (i.e shea oil, illipe/sal butter) which is specially selected, fractionated, and carefully refined to resemble cocoa butter in all of its chemical and physical characteristics. It is 100% compatible with cocoa butter, thus can be used to replace cocoa butter at any ratio, providing cost reduction solution to chocolate application.
Our CBE possesses excellent heat resistance and sharp melting characteristics, producing end products with excellent sensory profile. Tempering is required in its application.
