MILK FAT REPLACER
Our Milk Fat Replacer is soft confectionery fat based on fractionated and fully refined, bleached, and deodorized palm/palm kernel oil. It may also involve fully hydrogenation process.
It has good emulsification and neutral to creamy taste with good oxidative stability.
Our Milk Fat Replacer is strongly recommended to be used in confectionery filling, condensed milk, frozen food, and other food products. It is very stable against oxidation and possesses good melt down properties. Its usage as filler fat will lubricate and soften the mixture.
