Our Confectionery Fat is lauric fat with moderate hardness. It is odorless, bland in taste, and has exceptional keeping quality. It provides firm set, good snap, and high gloss retention.

 

Applications

Our Confectionery Fat is tailored for use in coating and cream centre for biscuits, wafers, crackers, nuts, and nougats. They are also used in the production of caramel, toffee, and chocolate vermicelli.
